Dawn Rose Brock was born in New Orleans on December 29, 1954, and passed away Tuesday afternoon December 10, 2024, at Fair City Health and Rehab. She was a former longtime resident of Franklinton. Dawn graduated from Jacksonville, Florida and worked offshore for many years. As a cook, she really liked creating new recipes for her fellow workers. She enjoyed spending time with her sister and niece going to the beaches on the Florida coast. She also loved animals. There wasn't a stray cat or dog that she wouldn't take in.

Niece: Kimberly Roberts of Mobile and many cousins who loved her dearly
She was preceded in death by her father JD Foil and her stepfather Bill Outten and her mother Bonnie Jean Outten
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
