Merry Christmas! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas spent with family and friends. No matter how your Christmas may look, if you are spending time with family at home, on vacation, out of town, or spending it in a small setting, etc I hope you keep the real reason for the season in your heart.
Enon Elementary School had a fantastic ride in the Franklinton Lighted Christmas Parade this past weekend. It was great seeing all of the floats, trucks, jeeps, band, the queens, OH! And Santa!
Our Enon Eagles also put on a great Christmas Performance last week as well. We are grateful for Mrs. Brittany and her hard work.
Thursday District #8 Fire Dept brought Santa AND the Grinch to visit us at school before getting out for the Christmas Holidays.
Happy birthday to Lee Cutchall, my amazing sister-in-law Natalie Sharp, Megan Saucier Pace, Kaye Robins, Clint Casanova, Tonya Sharp, Jackie Epps Wild, Jill Jones, Brandi Pittman, Cindy Adams, Christy Kent, Pam Parker Benison, Mandy Fussell, Ashley Talley, Robin Jones, Dick Corkern, Judy Thigpen, Janette Botter, Justin Thomas, and Sarah Cotton.
Condolences to the families of Buddy Graves, Bertha Curry, Madonna Fowler, Payton Garlepied, and Preston Singley.
A New Year’s Eve fellowship will be held at Karl and Diane Casanova’s home on December 31st from 6 pm to 9 pm. The Enon Baptist Church Men’s Bible Study is postponed until the first of the year. New Ladies Bible Study will begin January 15th. If you are interested in singing in a duet, trio, ensemble, or even a solo, please let Mrs. Diana or Brother Chris know. We would love to have you join us for worship!
I hope you have a wonderful and safe week. Please keep those who are having to make important decisions about their futures in your prayers (our students deciding on jobs, schools, futures, etc.) Thank you for all of your encouraging words and being so kind. Until next time….
