Sunday the week of Arise Camp for our Youth and other local Youth began at Hunt Lakes Lodge. We were so happy to have Pastor Brandon Dickson lead worship and preach the word on Sunday. We know that lives will be touched and can’t wait to hear about all they have learned. At the end of service, we also said a prayer over Gracie Thigpen as she heads to Ireland on Friday with Serge Missions. We are so excited to hear all about her travels and the people she will meet! Please pray for her traveling grace, safety, and all who she comes in contact with.

The Enon Library will have Scrabble on July 25th at 2 pm. The library will also present Lego Fun Time on the first Friday of each month beginning August 1st at 3 pm.
The Summer Reading Program had their graduation with the tradition of Washington Parish Fire District #8 spraying down the kids! This tradition started over 20 years ago by Mrs. Helen Buck and continues with Mrs. Winola Holiday.
I hope you all have a wonderful week! Unfortunately, summertime for teachers is winding down, however we are preparing for a fresh new year. I will be in a new class this school year and even though I am extremely excited, I am a bit nervous because it isn’t a spot I have been in before. I know it will be a fantastic year!
