Hello friends! I hope you had a great weekend. My family and I attempted to go to the Slidell St. Patrick’s Day Parade, but due to rain we decided to skip out and just spend the day together. We are hoping to make one of the other Irish or St. Patrick’s Day Parades or activities coming up.
Please remember the Fire Ban is still in place and check Facebook, with the fire dept or the news for when it will be lifted.
The Youth of Enon Baptist Church are selling Veggies, etc for their largest fundraiser they will be having to go to Camp Fuego. Orders are due March 22nd. If you are interested in being a chaperone or donating something for camp, please contact Gracie or Brother Chris. EBC will be having a workday on March 14th.

Enon Elementary School is doing a Little Caesar’s Fundraiser until March 31st. If you are interested in helping out, please check with the school or a student. There are different ways you can help, some being items to get and make at home.
March 13th is the end of the 3rd 9 weeks, and report cards will go out March 20th.
On March 17th students may wear green tops and uniform bottoms, also Kindergarten and 6th grade will have cap and gown pictures.
The week of March 23rd to March 27th will be our Book Fair. March 13th and 27th will be $1 Denim Day. April 2nd is Achievement Day for 4-H students. April 3rd through 10th is Spring Break.
The Enon Library had a great Lego Time, check out their Facebook page to see the creative pieces that were made. Story time March 12th will be Put Me In The Zoo, March 18th Marvin K. Mooney, and March 26th The B Book. March 14th the Library will be at the Bogue Chitto Swamp Cabins Spring Fling. There will be crafts, bounce houses, and prizes. It will be from 11 am to 1 pm. I hope you all have a wonderful week. My family and I will be going to see the Savannah Bananas in New Orleans this Saturday. I am so excited to finally see them in person. We went to the Party Animals game last August against the Texas Tailgators at Alex Box Stadium. I am thankful it will be inside this time! Until next time………..
