Chris Ginn had a heartfelt and soul touching message this past Sunday. The sermon was It Is Well (or is it?) It was a powerful message that I could have sworn was written about me. Just remember always speak truth to yourself and be honest.
Enon Baptist Church will be hosting a Parent’s Night Out on February 14th from 5 pm to 10 pm. They will also have a Senior Adult Love Luncheon on February 16th. The Youth need to turn in their Veggie Orders on February 23rd. Delivery will be on March 8th from 10 am to 11 am. Feel free to contact me, Miranda, Brother Chris, or any of the other Youth to place your order. If you would like to help cook a meal for Wednesday nights, please let Brother Chris know. Blessing of Food will be February 27th and 28th.
There will be a Galentine’s Gathering on February 15th from 11 am to 1 pm at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. There will be a Ladies Retreat March 21st and 22nd.

Sweet Oliver Ginn had a great 1st birthday party over the weekend. He received many gifts, lots of love, and his family had an awesome set up with a golf theme.
Enon Elementary School will have its Mother/Son night February 17th from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. Admission is $10 per person. Please remember that day will NOT be a Virtual Day, it will be IN person.
Mrs. Kristen’s class has been studying the story The Three Little Pigs. Mrs. Jessica’s Kindergarten students have been good listeners for their blending board lessons.
Last week was School Counselor Appreciation Week, and we absolutely LOVE our Counselor, Mrs. Jessica Easterling.
My 5th grade students learned about Chromatography and made predictions about what would happen to the color on M&M’s when exposed to a drop of water. (to see if it would run, stay the same, or separate into different colors) Mrs. Kristal’s 1st grade has been building sentences with adjectives.
There is also a KISS THE PIG Fundraiser until February 12th and the “winner” will kiss the pig on February 14th at an assembly. We have a Rose Fundraiser for Music as well, they will be delivered February 14th.
The Enon Library will have a Teen Popcorn and Paint Party on February 25th from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Feel free to bring a friend! This month the students are celebrating friends like Elephant and Piggie and Tom & Jerry every Thursday after school.
