Now it is recovery time for all! We have made it through another Fair Week. Now for educators, medical, etc. we are not only recovering from the Fair, but we also have a full moon, time change, Halloween, and Red Ribbon week for the educators. I have a feeling there will be a lot of coffee and loaded teas consumed in the next two weeks! I also need to remember how to cook again, because it sure has been nice just figuring out what meal I am purchasing for the day!
Enon Baptist Church will have Trunk-R-Treat October 31st from 6-7 pm.
Don’t forget time change is the night of October 31st. Set your clocks BACK one hour.
November 21st will be a Youth Scavenger Hunt. November 22nd is Thanksgiving Dinner at 6pm. November 28th is Parents’ Night Out.

This week is Red Ribbon Week at Enon Elementary School. We are looking forward to seeing the variety of tastes and outfits this week.
Enon Elementary’s 3rd through 6th grade had an excellent performance on the Main Stage at the Fair. I loved looking at all of our students’ creative work and writings in the various buildings. We are proud of each of you.
Please remember school will be out November 3rd, so please get out and vote! We will be voting on different amendments, judges, school board members, US senate, US congress, etc. Every vote counts no matter what!
Tuesdays after school the Enon Library has Cartoon Afternoons. Join them for lots of laughs and snacks. They will have a Halloween Book or Treat Friday October 30th all day.
I hope you all had a wonderful Fair week. I know I will be in recovery mode for a while. Praying that the coolish weather hangs around and we begin to transition to Fall weather.
