GIANTS PLAYER TO WATCH: Rookie cornerback Deonte Banks, the team's first-round draft pick, has been solid all season and is coming off one of his best games. He had a career-high 12 tackles against the Packers. The Maryland product shares the team lead with two interceptions. He is one of two rookie defenders to have 11 or more passes defensed this season.
SAINTS PLAYER TO WATCH: Running back Alvin Kamara leads New Orleans with six TDs (5 rushing, 1 receiving) and needs just 34 yards from scrimmage to hit 1,000 in each of the first seven seasons of his NFL career.
KEY MATCHUP: The Saints defensive front has allowed 200-plus yards rushing in two of its past three games and will be challenged by Giants running back Sequan Barkley (783 yards, 3 TDs rushing) and QB Tommy DeVito, who has been an effective scrambler. New Orleans' defense has struggled several times this season against mobile QBs.
KEY INJURIES: Giants OT Evan Neal (ankle) has missed four straight games. ... TE Darren Waller (hamstring) returned to practice this week and might be activated off IR. Saints WR Michael Thomas and CB Marshon Lattimore each must spend at least one more game on injured reserve before they can return to the active roster on Monday. Chris Olave (ankle) missed some practice time this week. RB Kendre Miller has missed four games with an ankle injury and missed more practice time this week. RB Taysom Hill (foot, hand) and WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh) each returned to practice on a limited basis this week after missing last week's game. RB Jamaal Williams has a groin injury that limited him in practice.
SERIES NOTES: New York has won two of the past three. The Giants' win two years ago broke a six-game losing streak in New Orleans that went back to 1994.

He needs 34 yards from scrimmage for his fourth-career 1,000-yard season. ... WR Wan'Dale Robinson had six catches and a career-high 115 yards from scrimmage yards against Green Bay. ... WR Isaiah Hodgins has caught touchdowns in two straight games. ... LB Kayvon Thibodeaux is looking for his third game in a row with a forced fumble. He has career highs of 12 tackles for loss, 11 1/2 sacks and three forced fumbles. ... FANTASY TIP: With touchdown catches in each of the past two games, the 37-year-old Graham has re-established a regular role in New Orleans' red zone offense. Kamara and Barkley could have big-production games as well.
