JEAN JENELLE TAYLOR SEALS, AGE 71
And a resident of Pine passed away Tuesday morning August 11, 2026 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was a longtime active member of Forest Haven Missionary Baptist Church that loved the Lord and her church family. She sang with the church’s ladies singing group for many years. Jeanelle worked as a florist and beautician for several years and enjoyed sewing. She loved spending time in the outdoors, including hunting and fishing. Jeanelle and her husband had fox hunting dogs and really enjoyed competing in field trials all over the south. She liked traveling on bus tour vacations and visiting the mountains. Jeanelle was forever a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her son Jason Paul Dutruch, mother Peggy Loyd Taylor, father in law and mother in law Conrad and Eddie Merle Seals, brothers in law Wade Seals, Lloyd Seals and other family members.
Visitation will be at Forest Haven Baptist Church (31153 Conrad Seals Road, Franklinton) on Thursday August 13th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the church at 2:00 pm Thursday with Eld. Richard Magee, Eld. Yancey Magee, Eld. Edward Penton, and Eld. Travis Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Conrad Seals Family Cemetery.
