Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser is inviting all interested people to the Robert “Bob” Hicks House Louisiana Civil Rights Trail marker unveiling ceremony scheduled on Thursday, August 11, 2022, in Bogalusa.
A continental breakfast, sponsored by the Washington Parish Tourist Commission, will begin at 9:15 am at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Gymnasium, 837 East 7th Street in Bogalusa.
Presentations will start at 10 am.
After the presentations, guests will drive ¼ mile to the Robert “Bob” Hicks House for the marker unveiling and photographs. A map will be provided on the back of the marker unveiling program distributed at the church.
Everyone is invited to attend.
