Key victories, including a thrilling overtime win against Centreville Academy to secure the district title, have set the stage for an exciting postseason.
Head Coach Phill Junkins shared his enthusiasm for the team's playoff path, stating, "We are extremely excited about the playoff season. The season is now back to zero, and zero in our mindset is one game at a time. We believe we will see Winston Academy in the first round, which is a big physical team with speed, so we will need to prepare well for the challenge of playing them. Our young men are excited about this process, and we will do our best to have them prepared and ready."
A key part of the Buccaneers' journey this year has been their senior class, a group that has played together for years with grit and determination. These seniors have provided leadership on and off the field, helping guide the team through both the highs and lows of the season. The senior class includes:

With a first-round bye, the Buccaneers will now look ahead to their quarterfinal matchup, which will take place at home in WE Buck Hellen Stadium on Friday, November 8, 2024, kickoff for 7:00 pm. The Bucs will face the winner of the #7 seed, Winston Academy, and the #10 seed, St. Aloysius.
