G.R.I.T.S. girls red hat gathering for May took place in Ponchatoula at Jo's Italian restaurant with Shary Lobell as our hostess. She had a "Pink Flamingo Flair" theme. We sang happy birthday to our May birthday ladies, Frances Schilling and Sue Macias. Frances gave the blessing for our food. Everyone present received a gift bag full of flamingo goodies. We were all glad to see our sweet Jenny Warren who came with her daughter. Our fellowship, food and service were above reproach.
