The G.R.I.T.S. girls celebrated in June with a local outing at Bouge Chitto Cafe in Franklinton, with Jenny Warren as hostess. As we all arrived the restaurant had a sign on the door that read, "Welcome Red Hat Ladies." Bogue Chitto Cafe is the former Main Street Restaurant.
Our prayer was given by Frances Schilling for prayer request and blessing for our food. June birthday ladies were Jenny Warren and Christi Cashio. Our hostess received a special desert and a gift card as a thank you for her choosing their restaurant for her gathering and this was presented to her by the manager. Everyone received a personalized favor from our hostess.
The door prize was won by Lorell Morris. The accommodations, food, service and welcome was amazing.
