Mt Hermon School has announced their 2022 Students of the Year. Senior Darci Lourigan, daughter of Mr and Mrs Jeff Thomas and Mr and Mrs Steven Lourigan, was named the MHS High School Student of the Year. She maintains a 4.0 GPA and is involved in Sr. Beta, Good Samaritan, Senior Class Officer, 4-H, Cheerleading Captain, SLU Upward Bound and Talented Art.
Eighth grade student Meggan Fountain was named the MHS Junior High Student of the Year. She is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Forrest Fountain. She maintains a 4.0 GPA, and is in the Jr Beta Club, 4-H, Christian Club, Homecoming Queen for 2022 and Talented Art. Both young ladies will represent MHS in the Washington Parish Student of the Year competition.
