The Shasta Club held its February meeting at the Varnado Museum Annex. Sharing in hostess duties were Janice Branch, Emily Phelps and Cindy Knight, pictured above. (Emily Phelps is missing from the photo.)
Mr. Colin Sims, candidate for District Attorney, addressed the group. He elaborated on his experience and asked the ladies to consider him in the upcoming election to be held Saturday, March 23rd.
Following the presentation by Mr. Sims, the ladies and their guests enjoyed a delicious meal of ham and cheese sliders and banana pudding for dessert.
After the meal, the ladies conducted the business of the meeting. They discussed upcoming events and service opportunities.
