The 2021 Class 3A All-MAIS Basketball Teams were recently released and Bowling Green was well represented.
Two members of Coach Barry Seal's Lady Bucs were named to the girls team including Bailey Devall, who was named the Player of the Year.
In addition to Devall, Junior Kaylan Seal was also named to the 8 member All-MAIS squad.
Devall, a freshman, averaged 11.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4 steals and 1.4 assists per game with Seal averaging 6.3 points, 2.1 steals, 1.6 assists and 2 rebounds per game.
Coach Pat King's Buccaneers also placed two members on the All-MAIS team.
Seniors Rece Dillon and Javon Bickham were selected to the boys 3A team. On the season, Dillon averaged 15.3 points, 3.2 assists, 7.4 rebounds and 2 steals per game while Bickham averaged 13.6 points, 6.2 assists, 5 rebounds and 3.4 steals per game.
The Bucs and Lady Bucs finished the season as the Class 3A State Runner-Ups.
