The #9 ranked Tigers are traveling to South Carolina to take on #4 Clemson in the season-opener for both teams.

Both teams are highly regarded, with Clemson being a slight favorite at home. But LSU needs a season-opening win, after 4 straight losses in the first game of the season in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. A victory over #4 ranked Clemson on Saturday would be a major boost for the Fighting Tigers in a year when they are expected to challenge for the SEC championship.
