Lark Welborn Starnes, 63, a resident of Bogalusa died Friday morning July 5, 2024 at his home. He was born on May 28, 1961. Lark worked for many years as a handyman for his friends, family, neighbors and others that needed his expertise. He could perform just about any task that was needed.
