Kris Short, 47, a resident of Franklinton, passed away early Monday morning October 13, 2025 at his home. He was born June 3, 1978 in Baton Rouge and later attended Loranger High School before attending technical college. Kris worked for many years as a security officer for Forte Security at locations throughout the area.
