The May 3 election in Washington Parish will involve only voters who live within the Bogalusa City School District.
On the ballot is a 6.43 millage tax renewal.
Bogalusa school leaders have pointed out that the renewal is not a new tax, but simply a renewal of a millage that has been in place for 20 years.
