Keitha Lynn Miller, 71, a resident of Franklinton passed away early Wednesday morning April 9, 2025. She worked at the Washington Parish Clerk of Courts office for over 20 years, serving in several capacities through the years, including Chief Deputy, and as supervisor before retiring.
