James Kenith Douglas, 87, a resident of Franklinton passed away early Tuesday morning May 12, 2026 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. He was retired from Washington/St. Tammany Electric Co-Op, after a very long and distinguished career of 52 years in the accounting department.
