William Edward “Eddie” Phelps, 58, a resident of Franklinton passed away Friday morning May 2, 2025 at University Medical Center in New Orleans following a brief illness. He was a hard worker all his life, in construction building houses and most recently tree cutting along right-of-ways all over the area.
