State Senator Beth Mizell, who serves District 12 including St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington parishes, was a guest for the January meeting of the Franklinton Women's Club. She is not only our elected Senator but, also, she serves as President Pro Tempore of the entire state Senate.
