Cameron James Roy Seal, 21, a resident of the Washington Parish Jail, was arrested again on April 4th for offenses which occurred April 2nd. Seal was inside his housing unit while a female corrections deputy was conducting security rounds. As the deputy passed Seal, he slapped her on the buttocks.
