Joel Winston Fussell, 73, a resident of Franklinton died Monday January 3, 2022 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. He worked at Southern Natural Gas for 20 years and then began a 20 year career for Diamond Offshore Drilling in the inventory department, before retiring in 2016. Joel was an avid sports fan, especially the LSU Tigers.
