Our Matriarch, Emily was born on August 23, 1920 to Samuel and Clara (Jefferson) Young/Sr.. She is the oldest of seven, with five being deceased (Amy, William, Joseph, Carrie & Samuel Jr.). She and her youngest sibling, Loretta are the only two children remaining.
Mama, Mama Em and Grandma as she is affectionately known is the mother of six (Cynthia, Cloteal, Carlton & Annie), with two deceased (Arnetta & Clarnetta).
Her family consists of numerous grand, great grand, great/great and great great great grandchildren.
Our Family Thanks the Good Lord for the privilege and the pleasure to have Mama/Mama Em in our lives. What a Blessing! Happy Blessed 106 Years of Life Emily Elizabeth (Young) Moses!
