NATIONAL SUMMARY
Some morning fog will fill in across much of Pennsylvania
and West Virginia tomorrow while mainly dry conditions stay
in place for the remainder of the Northeast. Breezy and
slightly cooler conditions will push into the northern
Plains, Minnesota and Wisconsin as a storm moves into the
area. Meanwhile, pleasant and dry conditions will continue
in the Southeast. It will remain warm across much of the
western third of the nation, especially the Southwest.
Temperatures in parts of Southern California and Arizona
will rise as high as the upper 90s to lower 100s. It will
feel comfortable across the Northwest as high pressure keeps
rain confined well north of Washington.
