NATIONAL SUMMARY
A weakening Alberta clipper will bring a wide area of rain
mixing with snow for the morning hours across much of the
interior Northeast tomorrow. Coastal locations will have
spotty showers, while Rhode Island and Cape Cod can have
more steady rain during the morning hours. Much colder air,
some 25-50 degrees Fahrenheit lower than the peak of the
warmth from last week will further expand to the East. The
Southeast will entirely dry out as well, joining the Plains
and South Central region with high pressure moving overhead.
A storm will continue to approach the Northwest, with rain
moving into coastal areas late in the day, beginning in
coastal Oregon. The Southwest will remain mainly dry with
high pressure centered nearby.
