NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm moving along southern Canada will spread rain mixing
with snow at times across northeastern North Dakota into
northern Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
tomorrow. The same storm will spread showers and steadier
rain across eastern Minnesota to eastern Pennsylvania. In
the Rockies, most areas will be dry with some snow across
portions of Montana and Colorado. Across the Northwest,
nearby high pressure will promote dry conditions with a mix
of clouds and sunshine. Dry conditions with plenty of
sunshine will continue across the southern half of the
country as high pressure remains in control in the region.
Temperatures will continue to be well above the historical
average for many in the South.
