The Nation's Weather for Thursday, December 7, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
As low pressure shifts from the northern Rockies into the
northern Plains tomorrow, areas of rain and snow will
continue from the Pacific Northwest coast into eastern
Montana. A weak area of low pressure will bring some
flurries to the eastern Great Lakes just ahead of a push of
milder air. The rest of the nation is expected to remain
dry, with very warm air for early December spreading from
the Plains into the Midwest. Windy conditions will also
accompany the push of warm air across much of the Plains.
The Southeast and mid-Atlantic will also continue to turn
milder. Chilly conditions will linger in New England;
however, it will turn less breezy, which will help it feel
milder as well.
