NATIONAL SUMMARY
A developing coastal storm will bring a large area of rain
to much of the Northeast and mid-atlantic tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the storm that brought blizzard conditions to the
central Plains over the past couple of days will continue to
bring snow showers from Nebraska through the Upper Peninsula
of Michigan. Another area of rain and snow associated with
this storm will circulate over northern Missouri and central
and southern Illinois. Breezy conditions will also persist
across the southern and central Plains. An encroaching cold
front will bring rain and even some mountain snow along the
Pacific Northwest and Northern California coast. Elsewhere
in the country will be largely dry, with cool conditions in
place for portions of the Southwest. Conditions elsewhere
will be largely dry.
