NATIONAL SUMMARY
Showery weather in eastern Texas and eastern Oklahoma
tomorrow will erupt into severe thunderstorms tomorrow
night. All hazards will be possible including flooding
downpours, damaging winds, hail and even tornadoes as the
severe threat moved east into Arkansas and Louisiana
overnight. A quick band of snow will race from Minnesota
into far northern New York tomorrow bringing a thin band of
1-3 inches. In the heaviest spots there will be 3-6 inches
which will make travel difficult. An atmospheric river will
set up over the Northwest tomorrow which will produce heavy
rain and mountain snow. There will be a flooding threat
from Washington to northern California.
