NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will move through the East Coast tomorrow bringing
snow, rain and thunderstorms from Vermont to Texas. In the
southern Plains, heavy thunderstorms can contain gusty winds
and lead to localized flooding. Heavier rain will extend
through the Ohio Valley and mid-Atlantic. Rain will continue
into the Northeast where it will mix with snow before
changing into all snow in the higher terrain. Snow can lead
to low visibility and slippery travel. Meanwhile, another
round of snow will move into the northern Plains and
northern Rockies. It will be turning sharply colder as it
turns very windy. Primarily dry weather is forecast for the
rest of the nation. In Texas, there will be a noticeable
breeze and it will turn cooler. In the Southeast, patchy
morning fog will dissipate for a warmer and sunny afternoon.
