NATIONAL SUMMARY
Showers in western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania,
may contain small hail tomorrow. Meanwhile, thunderstorms
could linger into the early afternoon before pushing off the
Northeast coast. Farther west, rain and thunderstorms are
likely in the northern Rockies. In the central Rockies,
locally heavy rain may focus over southwestern Colorado, and
result in flooding where the most persistent downpours
occur. A couple of showers and a thunderstorm are likely
over much of Arizona and northern New Mexico, as well.
Outside of a spotty shower or thunderstorm in the central
and South Florida Peninsula, the South will be dry. In the
southern Plains, unseasonable heat will continue. Out in the
Atlantic Ocean, Fiona will brush past Bermuda. Rough surf
and rip currents will impact the East coast.
