The Nation's Weather for Monday, November 28, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
As a storm exits the Northeast tomorrow, some showers will
linger for a time in the morning. A few lake-effect snow
showers can develop downwind of Lake Ontario. The
South-Central and Southeastern states will be dry and
seasonable for late November. Farther north, the Great Lakes
will also be largely dry. In the West, a potent storm
moving through the Northwest will spread snow across a wide
swath of the region. Areas from Washington and Oregon to
Idaho and Montana, south to portions of Nebraska, Utah and
Wyoming can encounter accumulating snow. Along with this
snow, bitterly cold air will begin so sink southward out of
Canada and reach the Northwest. The Southwest will be
largely dry tomorrow but cool air will also begin to intrude
on the region.
