NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm system will shift eastward tomorrow, bringing rain
across much of the Southeast. In Florida, some thunderstorms
are expected, with isolated gusty winds from the most
intense storms. Heavy rain may also fall, shifting into
coastal Georgia and the Carolinas during the evening.
Bitterly low temperatures will be in place across the
northern Plains, with highs in the teens, below zero in much
of North Dakota and Montana. Subfreezing highs are expected
as far south as Kansas and Missouri. In the Northwest, an
approaching storm system will bring coastal rain and inland
snow to Oregon and Washington, with snow expanding inland
into Idaho and Montana by the evening.
