NATIONAL SUMMARY
Severe thunderstorms will be possible within a section of
the Ohio Valley tomorrow, with downpours, damaging wind
gusts and hail not out of the question from northern
Kentucky to southern Illinois. Thunderstorms are expected to
develop near and along the eastern Gulf coast, mainly in the
afternoon, with more widely separated thunderstorms
elsewhere in the Southeast. Farther west, heavy rain and
thunderstorms will continue in parts of east-central Texas,
with steadier rain also expected to stretch into parts of
eastern Colorado. Thundershowers will also expand in
coverage through the Intermountain West during the afternoon
from the Four Corners region to perhaps far southeastern
Oregon. Most others will remain dry from the West Coast
along the northern tier and into the Northeast.
