FHS baseball defeated Pine, lost to 2 other teams

The Franklinton Demons baseball team went 1-2 during the week last week as they defeated neighboring Pine before falling to E.D. White and East Ascension all on the road. The Demons now hold an 8-7 record and will play Hannan on Wednesday at home and on Friday on the road to kick off district action.

St. Joseph's Altar to be displayed at Holy Family Catholic Church

Holy Family Catholic Church will have a St. Joseph’s Altar display in the church hall at 1220 14th Avenue Franklinton, on Wednesday March 19th.
A mass will be celebrated by Rev. Pedro Prada at 10:00 AM, followed by the blessing of the Altar and the feeding of the saints in the church hall.

Revival services set at Midway Baptist Church

Midway Baptist Church located at 25021 Seven Mile Road will have Revival Services March 16th through 19th.
Morning Services will begin at 11 AM on Sunday, the 16th, followed by Dinner-On-The-Ground. After dinner we will have afternoon service. There will be no Sunday night service.
