Correctional officers, police officers, and firefighters paid tribute to deceased Rayburn Correctional Center officer Lt. Brian A. Nichols this past Saturday with an American flag tribute over Highway 21 at Angie in front of the correctional facility. Nichols was killed last week in a head-on crash on Highway 21.
