Washington Parish Sheriff's Office deputy Brandon Holubar graduated from the Louisiana Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission Academy on November 19 as a certified law enforcement officer. Holubar, who began his career working as a corrections deputy, will be assigned to patrol duties.
