Betty Ann Leonard Tullos, 58, a resident of Franklinton died Monday August 2, 2021 at her home after a battle with cancer. She was born in Bogalusa on July 18, 1963 and had lived in Poplarville, MS and Colorado before returning to Washington Parish. Betty worked at Rayburn Correctional Center then spent many years in the tax preparation industry. She was talented with her hands and did many house remodeling projects and enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening and tending to her flowers. Betty was an animal lover and always enjoyed spending time with young children.

Daughter: Angel Myers of Franklinton
Sisters: Cindy Smith, Peggy Wilkins
Former Husband and Father of her Sons: Melvin “Bubba” Holmes
Also numerous other family members
She was preceded in death by her parents James Leonard and Carol Breland Leonard.
A memorial service will be held for her family at a later date.
The family was served by Crain Funeral Home of Franklinton.
