Carol Renea Hart Jarrell, 58 a longtime resident of Franklinton, passed away Monday March 13, 2023 at her home. She was born on June 20, 1964 and to her family and close friends she was known simply as “Na Na”. Carol always loved and enjoyed her small town and most of all The Washington Parish Free Fair each year. She loved her family deeply and cherished each moment they spent together. Carol had a special place in her heart for her pet cat “Callie”. She loved her unconditionally and in return Callie loved her and her only.

Grandchildren: Kaden Jarrell, Madelyn Jarrell
Sister and Brother in law: Delores and Carl Stogner of Franklinton
Beloved Nephew and Nieces and their families: Stephen Stogner, Stephanie Stogner, Angela Cutts, Tracey Partin, Amy Passman-Clark
Former Husband and Father of her son: Homer Jarrell, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Hazel Hart, sisters Dale Jones, Diane Thomas, brothers David Wayne Hart and Eugene “Tommy” Hart.
A memorial service for her family will be planned in the near future.
The family was served by Crain Funeral Home of Franklinton.
