Charles Ray Diddon, 68, a resident of Franklinton died Sunday morning October 29, 2023 at his home. He worked on tug boats for 42 years, traveling to areas around the country for many years before focusing on the Mississippi River more recently. Charles loved riding his motorcycle and watching his favorite wrestling TV shows several times a week. He was a big football fan and loved watching the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. Charles loved spending time with his young grandchildren and had a special place in his heart for his pet dog “Scooter”.

Brother and Sister in law: Jesse and Theresa Diddon of Franklinton
Sister: Mary Diddon Buchanan of Franklinton

He was preceded in death by his parents Jessie Diddon and Natalie Jenkins Diddon, grandparents Leonard and Linnie Diddon and Felder and Lizzie Jenkins.
A graveside funeral service will be held in the Morris Cemetery at 10:00 am Wednesday November 1st with Rev. Randal Garcia officiating.
The family was served by Crain Funeral Home of Franklinton.
