Delane Westmoreland Gatlin, 63, a resident of Franklinton passed away Monday morning July 18, 2022 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She worked in the long-term patient care industry for many years, as she had a kind heart and was always willing to help others in need. Delane was a true animal lover that kept many beloved pets through the years. She loved taking care of the beautiful flowers and plants at her home. Delane adored her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members
She was preceded in death by her husband James Randall “Bo” Gatlin, parents Hershel Lee Westmoreland and Catheryn Taylor Westmoreland, sister in law Annette Westmoreland and other family members.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday July 23rd from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Saturday with Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Acy’s Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
