Phyllis Lynn Alford, 65, a resident of the Mount Pisgah Community passed away Friday July 26, 2024 at her home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Phyllis was always loved by her family and friends.
She is survived by:
2 Sisters: Sharon G. Burch, Mona Kathleen Alford, both of the Mt. Pisgah Community
Nephew: John A. and Jennifer Burch, and their daughter Sara
Niece: Kitty and Alan Johnson, and their children Nicholas and Alyssa
3 Aunts: Edna Sprehe, Grace Roberts. Martha Miller
Also numerous cousins and other family members
She was preceded in death by her parents Keith Alford and Ruth Smith Alford, sister Virginia Ruth Alford, brother Keith Darrol Alford, 4 nieces Lanette Fontenot, Laura Burch, Amy Fontenot, Donna Davis, great-nephew Daniel Bullock
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday July 29th from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am Monday with Rev. Lenard Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers: John Burch, Rocky Burch, Sherman Burch, Paul D. Smith, Hut Moak, Ty Moak
Honorary Pallbearer is Kyle Hartzog, who is currently serving in the military.
