Julia Faye Thames Holmes, 76, a resident of Franklinton passed away Saturday morning December 16, 2023 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was a social worker for the state of Louisiana for 20 years, serving clients throughout Washington Parish and surrounding areas.
