Frederick Bradley Orman III, 76, a resident of Franklinton passed away peacefully Thursday May 18, 2023 at his home. Brad was born in Pueblo, Colorado on February 24, 1947 and graduated from Central High School in 1965 then later earned a psychology degree from Southern Colorado State College in 1969 before moving to Franklinton.
