Joseph L. “Jody” Oncale, 51, a resident of Franklinton died early Thursday morning December 30, 2021 at his home. He worked off-shore as a production foreman for the Wood Group and loved playing golf in his free time. Jody enjoyed fishing and woodworking, making items like picnic tables to be raffled off for charity work and other causes.
