Inez Sylvia Rushing Brown, 93, a resident of Franklinton died Saturday morning July 19, 2025 at Riverside Medical Center. She was born May 25, 1932 in Tylertown, Mississippi. She worked at Rutter Rex as an inspector and seamstress. She enjoyed crocheting. She crocheted many items and entered in the Washington Parish Fair and won many ribbons.
