Hello again everyone. Happy Thanksgiving week to you all. Schools are out for a whole week. Students and teachers are excited to have the break. We have so much to be thankful for. The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks." Notice it didn't say "for" everything, but "in" everything give thanks.
I'm sure many families will be gathered together to enjoy food and fellowship. In all the fun and festivities, please remember to pause and give God thanks.
Also let us remember the families that are struggling this time of year with sickness and even the loss of loved ones.

The southern gospel group "Brian Free and Assurance" will be at Bible Baptist Church (Thomas area) on Sunday Dec. 7th at 1:00 PM to help celebrate the church’s 45th anniversary . No ticket required as a love offering will be reciecved.
Congratulations to Trey Knight, a student at Pine High School. Trey was named a 2025-2026 Chevron Scholar Athlete! Trey earned a $2,000 scholarship and will be recognized on the field at the New Orleans Bowl. Way to go Trey!!!

Congratulations to the Franklinton High Demons football team. They got the WIN over Jennings last Friday night. Final score was Demons 40 and Bulldogs 14. The Demons will travel to North Desoto High school this Friddsy, November 28.
